in about Warren

Don’t miss Revolutionary Spaces’ dramatic presentation of Dr. Joseph Warren’s stirring March 1775 Boston Massacre Oration. The speech will be delivered by talented re-enactors from the Tea Party & Ships Museum. Audience members will also enjoy commentary placing the speech in the context of early Revolutionary Era events.

Obtain your tickets at the Revolutionary Spaces website. The event will take place on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Old South Meeting House, 250 Washington Street, Boston, MA.

As of this posting the event will proceed. Please observe public health admonishments: Stay home if you have a cough or are feeling feverish. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least the amount of time it takes to sing the first stanza of ‘Yankee Doodle.’ Use the hand sanitizer dispensers when you spot one.

I will be there front and center to cheer on the resounding rendition one of the most memorable speeches of that time. I will be happy to answer attendees questions about one of most energetic and eloquent of the Boston Sons of Liberty.

Will our speaker don the toga in honor of the Massacre Martyrs and Roman Republican virtues, as did Dr. Warren 245 years ago?
